My office is open from 8:30 a.m until 5:30 p.m daily. Voicemail and email are checked frequently and at times are returned outside of normal business hours, so always feel free to leave such messages.

Generally, I set appointments with new and existing clients within one week of initial phone contact. In emergencies, I will set them within 48 hours.

Since my practice involves frequent meetings, hearings and telephone calls, you will often reach my voicemail. My policy is to return each phone call on the day it is received. The exceptions are when I am out of town, in court, or at a lengthy hearing or conference. I usually respond to email within 24 hours.
