MISSION STATEMENT
This section contains information regarding the nature of my practice and professional goals.
The Law and Mediation Office of James M. McKanna is devoted to the practice of civil matters with an emphasis on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) involving mediation and arbitration. I am firmly committed to the non- threatening, mutual and amicable resolution of disputes between opposing parties inherent in the mediation process, as well as the more formal adjudication of disputes provided by arbitration. In keeping with this pledge, I will travel anywhere in Southern California for hearings .
In addition, I continue my 30 plus years practice of law as more fully described in the SERVICES PROVIDED section of this site.
My professional goal is to provide excellent and affordable legal and alternative dispute resolution services and to adhere to the highest ethical standards, with full recognition of the needs and interests of my clients.
